Including Michael who became a dad again(!) a month ago with the birth of his daughter Lua Behjat Franti. Congratulations to Michael, Sara, Taj and the Franti family.

They explore the top skills teachers can use to inspire students to follow their passions and bring about better listening, flexibility, curiosity, creativity, resourcefulness and magic in learners.

In addition to revealing what is the most valuable skill he has ever learned, Michael shares a deeply moving story about one of his mentors and what makes mentorship critical for young people.
